Good place with great wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and friendly staff. I still remember how they helped find my lost jewel during my first stay. I'll be back for a new year!

Convenient airport stay

Had a nice stay! The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was solid. My only bummer was the gym—it could use some new gear. But getting to the airport was easy thanks to the shuttle service. Plus, the location was decent with bus access to the city. Perfect for a quick stopover!

I appreciated how easy it was to access El Capricho Park, a beautiful green space just under 5 km away, making for a lovely afternoon stroll, and the Infante de Orleans Foundation Museum, which was only around 700 meters from the hotel, perfect for a quick visit to appreciate some culture. Overall, the stay was comfortable and suited well for solo travelers eager to explore on foot, but having slightly friendlier staff at the front desk could enhance the experience.

The room offered exceptional space with a well-equipped bathroom featuring a bathtub and separate shower. The staff were consistently courteous, making the experience enjoyable.

I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The heater in my room didn’t work, which made the first night very uncomfortable. When I moved to another room, not only was the TV broken, but I noticed the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. They didn’t replenish the tea, coffee, and water supplies without us asking, which felt neglectful.
